Jaxon's 4D Ultrasound

Today, we had Jaxon's 4D ultrasound!  It was so much fun to see him again - it had been quite a few weeks!  He has changed so much and is gaining weight.  For the most part, he cooperated for about half of the ultrasound and about half way through he decided he was done and put his hand up near his face and would NOT move it.  After that, he turned his head toward my back - I guess that was our signal that he was not up for anymore camera time!  Thankfully, Gina (my good friend and ultrasound tech) said that she would scan me again at my next appointment in 2 weeks to see if we can get some more pictures of Jax.

We had Alex's about the same time, so it is really neat to be able to compare the two boys this early and see their similarities.  They look like they have the same chubby cheeks and a very similar nose.  Jaxon looks to have fuller lips (Alex's were full at birth, so who knows)!  Another interesting tidbit - Alex has always had a small head (he can still wear his 6 to 12 month hats), but Jaxon's head is measuring a week ahead.  Maybe he will have an average sized head!

Also, during the ultrasound Jaxon was acting like such a character.  He was smiling, pouting and sticking out his tongue.  I am seriously in for some trouble when this one comes out :)

Here are a few pictures from today:
